M.I.A now J.A.I

Finally got time to post some cards...

I decided to play along with the latest challenge over @ Just Add Ink.

Here are my TWO creations : )

First up, playing with my newly aquired Circle Circus...

I covered the vanilla panel with Versamark & clear embossing powder to give a nice glossy effect & popped up the whole panel with dimensionals.

And my second card I used En Francais & Medallion(stamped off once) BG stamps and the cute little a la carte stamp 'All a Flutter'
The Rose Red panel & the vanilla circle have had the faux suede treatment, some sponging & distressing, a bit of twill tape, some branches from the bird punch & some dazzling diamonds on the butterfly to add a bit of sparkle : ) (the butterfly & circles are popped up on dimensionals for a bit of height)

Thanks for looking ; )

  1. Elise, I LOVE your second card - it is gorgeous!! Both cards are beautiful - Circle Circus looks great in these bold colours, but the second card is my favourite, hands-down! Great job with the colour challenge.

  6. Isn't it amazing how different two cards can look using the same colour scheme! These are both gorgeous cards, and it's really hard to pic a fave. I love the boldness of the first card but I also adore the shabby-chic look of the second.
